Pugh House

The Pugh House as built in the summer of 1877 by Joshua B. Fitch for Samuel J. Pugh, a prominent Vanceburg attorney.  Mr. Pugh also served as Judge for many years.  It was occupied for many years by Ben and Rose (Lee) Rice.
